Elf on A Shelf

We are all looking for some fun and creative Elf ideas....I'm going to add a few cute and funny ones I came up with.  I really thought about taking pics a little late, but better late than never.

The story behind our elves...I bought a cheap $3 elf when my son was 2 years old and then as he got older realized I had an elf with no legs. I of course explained it away as his outfit is just really long and every elf is different. Last year, I bought elves that Velcro and said it was an elf on training. Well, my son was devastated that his previous Elfie was going to leave him, so now we have 2. Elfie and Nutkin. No, they don't look like the traditional "Elf on a Shelf" but why should they? We all look different and our elves should too. 😊
